How To Diet To Reduce Tummy Align With Exercise?

hello Sir, how many ever days i workout in gym,i am not able to reduce my Stomach and i do have a problem like i take only Rice items at any point of time,can you please suggest me a diet which can help to reduce. and the second thing is,now a days i see small small piples sort of things coming up on my face,suggest me how to reduce them and get fair

i would like to address your first issue of reducing your weight.........

1) reducing weight takes good enough time

2) take plenty of water early before breakfast

3) do running for 50 minutes approx per day

4) avoid heavy exercises in gym

5) avoid taking heavy meals instead take frequent meals

about the face issue i would like to suggest you to avoid going in sun or when you are going in sun cover your face with a sunblock and wear sunglasses.........this is a simple remedy..........hope it helps
