ENT Specialist 's  Response

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
The CT report says the situation is apparently normal, no need to worry except for a small depression in the fossa cavity which was due to the pressure effect. Just follow the instructions of the doctor, avoid excessive movements of the jaw and to take only semisolid food for few days.
Take care
