How To Detoxify Body After Excess Smoking Of Weed?

I am 44 yrs. old 5-11 two hundred ten pounds I smoked an average size bowl of weed four days ago I am about 20 to 25 pounds over weight and have a drug test for a job coming up in three days it will be exactly one week from the day of usage. I have been drinking a lot of cranberry juice grape juice and water. It has caused me to have the runs. I have been looking online for and some people say not to work out because it may spike my thc levels. My pee is white and I have been eating lightly and feel fine after I eat something. How should I continue with my cleansing or will it matter ? should I work out? ect... what are your thoughts on the matter? Lastly I have not smoked pot other than this time in six months or so.

I really appreciate your concern if your main concern is effect of the drug in your system so time is the only solution for this and it is all depends how much drug you have taken and how much it was potent, else no other method could clean this, you need to wait for certain time period, hope this information helps, take care.
