How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?

hi, i had sex with an ex partner as me and my partner had broken up, early morning on the 20th of october a sat, my period started on the 17th of october i then had a morning after pill on the 22nd of oct.. i then slept wit my partner on the tues evening (23rd) i have then fallen pregnant and ultrasound dated me 13 wks 5 days from what would b the first day of my period and 12 wks 6 days for the GA of baby.. whos the father im so worried? :/

So here is what I know:
10/17th - first day of last period
10/20th - sex with new partner
10/22 - emergency contraception taken
10/23 - sex with old partner
LMP dating of pregnancy = 13 5/7wks
Ultrasound dating of pregnancy = 12 6/7wks

Based on what you have told me, I would need to know the exact date of the ultrasound to be able to give you an accurate answer. You did not include these dates! But, based on your last menstrual period, conception occurred about 10/31, well beyond the episodes of intercourse that you listed. The ultrasound, in fact, puts the conception date in early November. If you have additional information, I would be happy to help within the Premium question format.
