Hello, Welcome to HCM I understand your concern.Usually in a 28 days regular menstrual cycle, ovulation takes place around 14th day counting from the 1st day of your periods. Since your periods are irregular, you may try these indicators of ovulation.
.Pain or a series of cramps will occur in your lower abdomen in the middle of the month. (thought to be the result of the maturation or release of an egg from an ovary) Pay close attention, and you may be more likely to get the message.
.Regularly record your basal body temperature. Your basal body temperature will reach its lowest point at ovulation and then rise immediately and dramatically (about a half a degree) as soon as ovulation occurs.
.Observe the mucus secretion from your vagina. As you get closer to ovulation, this mucus becomes copious.
.Also you can try Ovulation predictor kits. They are able to pinpoint your date of ovulation 12 to 24 hours in advance by looking at levels of luteinizing hormone. Combination of all these tests will give you a better result. Hope i have answered your query. Thank you.
