How To Determine Ovulation Days For Easy Conception While On Progesterone?

I was on the pill for 9 yrs. im 28 yrs old. Then in january the dr put me on an all progesterone pill which i never had a period on. I went off it in june. I then had a period july 31 into august for a few days. I havent had another period. I want to get pregnant and i have no clue when im ovulating since my cycle is all messed up? What do i do? Im starting to get worried and upset

leave all medicine and be normal. ovulation kits are available. you can test and know the probable date of ovulation take any medicine. your case is primary sterility. investigation for you and your husband is tobe done.
