How To Determine High Risk In Pregnancy?

Hey I have just had a miscarriage 7 days ago, was heavy and what was to be expected...today when it seemed like it was ending I have expelled a lot of blood clots and soaked 4 pads in 2 hours. I had surgery just under 12months ago for a foetus with no heart beat and had internal bleeding and blood loss on the table, the simple procedure took four hours. Also had internal bleeding they had to push out of me after my second child who came very very quickly. Is it possible that I am now at high risk if I fall pregnant??? And am experiencing internal bleeding ATM. I am feeling weak and dizzy.
