How To Detect Pregnancy?
My fiance and I have tried to have a baby for about 7 months now. Within the last two to three weeks I have been having headaches and my lower back and stomach has been hurting. I feel sick to my stomach a lot during day at different times. And I am unusually tired but I cant sleep well. I have been very moody which isn't normal for me and I have cried a lot. I have also been going to the bathroom more. I have an irregular period but the last couple of days I have just been spotting a bit. All the tests that I have taken have been negative. I am a type 2 diabetic and my fiance is being treated for depression and anxiety. Is it even possible that I could be pregnant? If not, both of us would love to know a way to improve our chances of conception.

You should be treated with antidiabetic drugs for diabetes...
With control of diabetes your irregular period problem will mostly resolves...
If your menstrual problems increasing than pelvic examination and ultrasound done for further work up
If period is delayed than conception can be detected by hcg detection either by urine card or blood estimation and if hcg elevated than USG done subsequently
For increasing chance of conception intercourse done during or around ovulation time..
For ovulation detection LH kit can be used
