Hydrocele is not a big issue.
Visit surgeon - He will examine and ask for a ultrasound scan to confirm weather its hydrocele or any mass ( since its long standing 7years) after that a planned surgery will be performed.
its not a major operation - with in 2-3 days you will be sent home - if healing goes well. not to worry. Take care. Thank you
