How To Deal With +4.5 & +5 Angle In A Child?

Hi, My daughter is 6 years old and wearing eye glases from the last 5 years. at age one we found this when we see the angle of his eye is not normal! His glass # is +4.5 & +5, now the angle is ok but the number is still same. lease give us your best guide lines to follow to over come this.
