How To Cure Vomiting And Dizziness?

my mother is 70 and has BP under control in day time by taking envas 5 at about 9 am daily.
But on certain days she gets giddiness and vomitting in the morning 6-7 am. Could she split the medication or shift the taking time to 5 am. Will any other medication help her condition.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Blood pressure is under control.
2. Check blood pressure during those days to verify if it is high. These medications are known to be active all day and need not be taken twice daily. However, if high, another medication maybe necessary.
3. confirmation of raised blood pressure necessary for addition of medication.
4. Early morning giddiness and vomiting is mostly due to gastritis. Proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole, should help in controlling these symptoms. Avoid taking coffee or tea on empty stomach.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
