How To Cure Vitreous Hemorrhage Due To A Hard Poke On The Eye?

I had a vitreous hemmorage due to a hard poke to my eye with eyelid closed. The eye has cleared about 80% in 10 days but vision is still a bit hazy. My eye pressure is low 4-5 and being treated with steroid drops to raise the pressure. How long will it take before my 20-25 clarity is restored?

first it is to be confirmed by examination by a eye doctor. if confirmed then vtrectomy isto be done and loss is to be compensated by venturous substitute.
