Hi

You seem to have developed a bacterial infection called folliculitis .
This is basically an infection of the hair follicle .
You need to apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash it with plain water before applying the medicine .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
You might need assessment by a dermatologist in case the lesion tends to persist .

Hope it helps
