How To Cure The Rubbed Raw Skin Of The Vagina?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female, and recently had symptoms of a UTI, I was put on a medication that starts with a c(i forget the entire name), and it seemed to of helped. I know for sure am not pregnant because I have gotten 2 periods since, however they have both come early even though I am on the pill. About 2 weeks ago it felt like the skin on the outside of my vagina was really dry and it was flaking off, so I went to the pharmacy and they recommended a cream that I have been using. Now the skin feels like it has been rubbed raw, it is uncomfortable to walk and sometimes even to sit. Currently i get the occasional time it feels like something is pricking my skin. What would help this?

HI
Well come to HCM
Chances of fungal infection may be likely and this is common in or after the UTI in my opinion this can be well managed with "Povidone iodine ointment" apply this three times in day, take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
