Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and understood your concern.

If diagnosis of chicken pox is confirmed , then the treatment of choice is acyclovir/valcyclovir within 24-48 hours of the eruption.
In case of no new eruption, there is no significant role of antivirals.
For itch, you may take antihistaminics like levocetrizine in night time.
Apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 % cream twice daily ove rthe lesions for healing and prevention of secondary bacterial infection.

stay healthy.
