How To Cure The Bruise Developed In My Arm?

hello i had a bruise develop on my forearm. i first noticed it was blue about 3 inches wide and long and 4 days later (today) it is purple and reddish with little dots all over it. i also feel a little squishy bump in the middle under my skin that is sensitive to the touch. i have been working out lately but i dont hardly use my arms. i am not sure how this developed but can you please tell me steps i need to take to get rid of it?

Look, your description indicates some possibilities like intradermal hemorrhage like petechiae or purpura, some rare skin diseases, allergic reaction.
But, in case of intradermal hemorrhage, like petechiae or purpura, it should leave a blackish which takes more time to disappear. Overall, they should stay longer.
So, it may be some skin disease or an allergic reaction. But for confirmation you have to get screened for coagulopathy. For this you have to do a complete blood count followed by PT, APTT, BT, CT.
If all are within normal limit, then you should consult with a dermatologist in person for a detailed clinical examination.
