How To Cure Swelling In Feet Caused Due To An Injury?

I dropped something on my foot a couple of weeks ago. It was very bruised & swollen. The bruising has more or less gone & most of the swelling but I have been left with a small lump on the top of my foot. It was painful but over the last few days less so. Will this just go away on its own?

Hi. This will definitely go away. It still wise to go for an x-ray of the affected part to rule out fracture. Give rest to the part or at least wear a crepe bandage to support and elevate the leg above heart level in lying down position to hasten the recovery.
