How To Cure Swelling And Lumps Below The Ribcage ?

Hi, I started getting uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen about 8 weeks ago. The doctor did a urinalysis which showed up clear of any infection twice. Went to the hospital with the pains which were now present in both flanks and included a very bad cough. The doctor did an X-ray which came bck clear just showing a little fluid on my lower lung which was diagnosed as a lower respiratory Tracy infection. At this time I started getting pains in my head on the back right side spreading around the front, this has lasted 7 weeks but has slowly become less and less. The cheat infection has cleared up, but I still have daily pains in my right flank. I am very concerned because although all my blood tests including kidney and liver function came bck fine, I have a hardish lump below my right ribcage , which is more on the side of the torso back. I can only feel this lump when I bend to the side and there seems to be a similar smaller lump on the other side. The fact that I have pain and why seems like a lump is concerning especially when the doctor refuses to do anymore tests and basically says that people my age (23) don t get cancer! Any help would be appreciated
