How To Cure Sudden Loss Of Hearing?

I am 77 year old male. About two years back in my left ear I had a sens of heaviness and suddenly my hearing capacity gradually diminished. I had tinnitus in my right ear. Can I able to recover from my sudden sensorineural hearing loss of my left ear. I am also suffering Discriminating loss, i.e. difficulty in discriminating words each other, even if they are fairly loud. I can hear the words of the sentence but fail to understand the spoken message. Can I get cured my hearing impairment. Please reply and oblige.

Dear sir, yor are experiencing age related hearing loss( presbycusis) due to degenerative changes in your ear and nerves related to hearing. Obviously there is no chance of recovery or improvement. the only option for you is use of hearing aids. so you should see an audiologist in this regard.
