How To Cure Sore Throat?
I have had a sore throat for about 9 days and it doesn t seem to be getting any better, in fact I feel like it s getting worse Within the 8 days I have lost my voice, coughed so much that it hurts and now the pain feels like its on the back on my tongue and well as my ears. I don t know what to do

It is helpful to do a steam inhalation with tincture of benzoin two or three times daily, avoid a spicy or rich diet, excessive intake of caffeinated drinks and smoking, and also to rest the voice. This can be done by minimizing speech and to avoid shouting or whispering.
