How To Cure Sharp Pain To The Right Of Adam S Apple?
For the last 5 days I have had a sharp stabbing pain just to the right of my adams apple. It only hurts to the touch, and by feeling around, its in a 3 inch diameter. There is no swelling, no pain when swallowing and no coughing. The pain gives me horrible migraines. 32yo male muscular build non smoker chew tobacco/snuff drink occasionally Thanks

This type of pain around adam's apple can be infection of the cartilage.
You require anti inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen400 twice daily along with omeprazole 20mg . Try for 2 days. May I know what was your diet in last 2-3 days?
If the pain doesnot come down by second day, please consult ENT specialist for laryngoscopy.
