How To Cure Severe Fatigue & Headache?

Hi,am 20 yrs old,female.recently my blood test report showed the following result.
haemoglbin -8.4gm/dl
haemotocrit -28.5%
MCV-72.3fl
MCH-21.3pg
MCHC-29.5 g/dl.
am suffering from severe fatigue and mild headache throughout the day.is tis range too dangerous??

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the blood reports your have mentioned.
Your hemoglobin level is very low. Normal hemoglobin level is more than 12 and yours is 8.4. So you are having anemia.
This is the likely cause for your fatigue and headache.
Hemoglobin is needed to provide oxygen to the body. Since your hemoglobin is less, you body is fatigued.
So you should start iron tablets and vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid tablets. These well gradually increase your hemoglobin. You're should aloo eat high iron containing food items like spinach, Apple, carrot, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables etc.
Don't worry, in 2-3 months, you will achieve normal hemoglobin level. And once your hemoglobin is normal, you will be free from symptoms.
