How To Cure Severe Constipation As Lactulose Didn't Help?

I am 13 years old and I have had trouble going to the toilet. I have recently been treated for serious constipation. I took colon lightly and it emptied me out and then the doctor has put me on lactulose for 3 months. It was working for a couple of days but now i can't go even though I feel I have to.

I really appreciate your concern, actually constipation is not the disease unless this is diagnosed or proved, but this is kind of condition and with the management given below this would come around.
Suggestion :- Drink lot of water even if you do not feel thirsty, have fiber
containing diet, eat slowly, avoid fast food and fried food, soft
drinks,

Treatment:- Isabgol powder can be tried, if this fails to work then Sorbitol
liquid cab be tried
Advise :- Keep the regular habit of toilet (Defecation) fix the time and
follow this even if you do not need to go for this, be in and sit
sit there, do not apply any force, no matter if you do not pass
stool, no need to over conscious for this.
