How To Cure Severe Back Pain Due To Gap In Spine?

SIR, I VITTHAL MORE, AGE- 45 YEARS. OPERATION IN LOKMANYA HOSPITAL IN THE YEAR DEC, 2009. BECAUSE OF MAKE SMALL GAP IN MY SPINE. SO THAT TIME ONE SYRGERY MAKE ON MY SPINE AND FIT A CAGE IN THAT PLACE. BUT TILL I HAVE NOT FEEL WELL. I HAVE VERY LARGE BACK PAIN ON FULL SPINE AND MONKEY BONE ALSO. I CAN NOT SIT ON ONE PLACE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES, BECAUSE PAINS HAS BEEN STARTED. I HAVE MEET SO MANY DOCTORS, BUT I HAVE NOT GOT RESULT.PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR SUGESTION.

Hello,

I have studied your case.

You may need to do MRI spine again to see for nerve compression

If your new MRI shows disc bulge with nerve compression then surgery may help.
Due to compression of this nerve root there is tingling numbness in your leg and pain associated with it.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and TENS therapy will help
.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
