My 2 year old has red spots on Tongue. we took her to the doctor and they initially thought it was a UTI. They gave her amoxicillin and she has been on it for 2 days. She has become very cranky now and will not stop crying. She feels warm however does not have fever. What do you think will help?

hello thanks for the consult at hcm..red spots could be due to papillitis, so requires topical anesthectics if she can follow the instruction of not to swallow the medicine,, eithr way plz tak a consult with her peadiatrican/pedodontist..hope it helps,,tc
