Hi, I am a 21 year old male. About 3 weeks ago now I had protected sex with one girl, and then the next day received unprotected oral sex from another girl. Two days later I noticed a small red spot, not raised, not bloody or filled with pus, not shiny, not rough, just a red spot everything else normal. It was about half the diameter of a pee, and located on the left side of the penile head. On the other side there were a few smaller red spots that were the same in looks. Overall the looked almost like miniature hickeys like what you would find on your neck. She was a bit aggressive with the oral as well, but it did not go on for an extended period of time. After reading some things on the internet of possibly similar symptoms I used Lotrimin Anti-fungal for about 2 weeks, and the red spots subsided and disappeared about a week and a half into the use of the cream. Now at the 3 week mark I notice, very small bumps around the penile head and one right under the opening of the urethra. Maybe I am just over analyzing and super sensitive to any changes, but that is the issue and I am wondering what the cause of all of this is.
