How To Cure Red/bright White Spots On Neck Due To Tinea Versicolor Condition?

Hello!I m concerned about my tinea versicolor. The spots on my back and arms are the usual cream/white spots, but the spots on my chest and neck have turned an aggressive red or bright white with a bright red ring around them with red spots amidst the white. They itch most of the time. It keeps reoccurring for me, I can t get it really to stay away at all. I was wondering if I need to make an appointment if there was something you could recommend - something I could maybe just get at the drug store?
