How To Cure Painful Knee And Bruise Caused After Knee Injury?

I fell on my knee on a concrete floor a week ago and ever since my knee has been really painful. I have noticed slight bruising but no other indication of the fall is being shown. After a couple of days, my foot on the same leg has became painful from the big toe through to the middle of my foot. Could you please suggest what has happened here?

Much appreciated

Hi, thank you for writing on Healthcare Magic.
It is possible that after falling and hitting your knee, you also might have hit the foot but the pain was not like that at the level of the knee so you concentrated only on the knee, and now the foot is becoming inflamed and giving you pains. I suggest you take some over-the-counter anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen or Aspirin. You will feel better.
I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
I wish you good health
