How To Cure Obstructive Jaundice?

Hi, i m Nishal,18.I had Obstructive jaundice when i was kid,dan i again got it when i was in high school..nd now i had some rt.lumbar region pain and upper abdominal pain.so i checked my s.bilirubin it was 2.1 mg/dl so it is latent bt ly LFT was normal,and USG was normal.i am yet to do CBC..bt for few days i took chicken and now i m having the pain again..can u plz tell me abt the right diet for jaundice??the foods i need to aviod and sth dat i need to take more..thanx
