Hi

I had gone through your query.

You need to investigate yourself.

1st thing is require is fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.
MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

If all come normal then no need to worry.

Migraine has episodic attack/unilateral/throbbing in nature/ associated with nausea and vomiting.

Acute attack can be reduced with paracetamol or any analgesic/ sumatriptan or almotiptan etc.

It can be prevented by prophylaxis medicines.

It include amitryptiline, flunarizine, topiramate, valporate sodium etc.

Do take advise from your treating doctors.

Still have query then feel free to ask.

Thank you.

Get well soon.
