How To Cure Itching Rashes On Arms, Tummy, Upper Leg, Lips?

Hi, I have had a rash for a few weeks now. its not all over but just in patches on my arms tummy and upper leg also my lips are bumpy and itchy too. I took antihistamines for a week or so but they did nothing, it hasn't gotten any worse since I started taking them but is popping up n different places. They are small little bumps that look like tiny pimples
