How To Cure Irritation Caused On The Sides Of Labia Minora?

I am in menopause and after having sex I was irritated on the sides of the inside of the labia minora (entrance to the vagina) but I exercised on a stationary bike in my home and the next day had tiny red colored bumps in the irritated area (inside of labia minora). It looks like prickly heat. Any suggestions?

Thank you for query. The exact morphology is not clear.it may due to dryness or allergy or fungal infection.please wipe the area with warm water twice daily.take antihistamine tablets like cetrizine.Consult if it does not subside.
