How To Cure Increased Heart Beats Without Medicines?

I am taking many heart medications... Lisonopril, Metoprolol, Diltiazem, Simvistatin, Plavix, and Aspirin. What would happen if I suddenly stopped taking them? I am going to be without insurance soon, and need to know how to slowly stop taking them... really no other choice here. My last angiogram was fine, I do experience rapid heart beat, whenever I try to increase my physical activity. Are there any 'natural' ways to help me?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi There

Its not advisable to stop all the cardiac medicines as you are on dual antiplatelets that means you must have had a cardiac issue in past. Although if you feel that you are fine i would like to advise you to personally meet your treating cardiologist and discuss your options of reducing the medicines. Apart from this you can follow healthy lifestyle habits which includes.
1. No Smoking
2. Daily brisk morning walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.
3. Low dietary salt intake and avoiding junk food.
4. Increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in daily diet.
Following this routine regularly for 3 months and then so on as it aslo good for heart.

I wish you good health
