How To Cure Gastritis?

I have always had problems with my Bowels. I take a pill a day for EXTREEM heartburn and have now for about three years. For the last three days...I cannot pass Gas without running to the bathroom. I keep having leakage. Every time I eat I feel sick, and my stomach hurts...I am bloated.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of having problems with bowel, take a pill a day for extreme heartburn for the last three years. Can not pass gas for the last 3 days without running to bathroom but with leakage, every time the stomach pains and you feel sick and bloated.
The present problem looks to be entero-colitis wherein there is an infection in the intestines.
I would advise you the following:
Get a stool and blood tests done .
Get started on an appropriate antibiotic and metronidazole so that you have the relief and probable cure.
Add on a PPI like Omeprazole and also the Ranitidine as you have GERD like for 3 years.
Add Domperidone and antacid.
Upper GI endoscopy to see for the reasons of 3 years suffering and to manage under the guidance of a Gastroenterologist.
