The white patches on your hands are probably due to vitiligo.Vitiligo is a autoimmune disease and the treatment is available but takes time to revert;also it may increase due to mental stress so you should try to avoid it.Please consult a Dermatologist ;he will examine you and prescribe the necessary treatment for the problem.
