How to cure from hair loss due to dandruff ?

Hi! My age is 20,female. When I was 14, I had considerable hair loss due to dandruff I guess. Since then I have less hair on the upper part of my head . My hairs don t fall now but I have noticed that there are small hairs on the upper head but they are not growing. I mean, I have seen these small hairs since 2-3 years. I have some white hairs too. Please suggest me something to get my hairs back. I have 12% hb

-apply almond oil
-dont let them too wet
-eat more protein diet
-avoid oily and spicy food
-apply minoxidil 2% at night
-take tab biotin 5 mg once a day

If there is no dandruff and your hairs don't fall then to get thick hairs you can apply or massage with castor oil twice a week;take diet rich in proteins;also you can take some multivitamins along with healthy diet.It will take some time but surely the volume will increase.
