How To Cure Fever, Fatigue ,loss Of Appetite & Back Pain?

My daughter had a fever for a day or so, but has been experiencing fatigue and loss of appetite, and complains of back pain. She is nine. Has fragile x. Not like her to sleep at all let alone all the time. Wondering if I should ride it out, or get her to the doctor

HI
Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic.

It seems like a viral fever . If her temperature is not very much raised and if she is eating and drinking well then you can wait for a day or two . You can give her Paracetamol as and when required.

But if the fever is high or if it is persisting even after 2 days or if she starts vomiting then better you take her to a doctor and get her tested and if required ( as per test reports ) start her on Antibiotics.

Also give her hot water to drink and less oily food and only vegetarian food .

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
