How To Cure Ear Pops When Swallowing Or Yawning?
I have constant ear pops with just swallowing and yawning. With this my hearing is very loud and somewhat vibration/buzzing. To get rid of this I have to hold/pinch my nose and inhale quite hard to plug my ears and have regular hearing again. What is this and how do I cure it?

This is due to eustation tube dysfn
eustachian tube is d tube which connects ur throat to the middle ear and it maintains the pressur in the middle ear and external ear same. As its not functioning properlt u r getting these symptoms. And the manour u r doing to get rid of this is valsalva manuer. U can put otrivin nasam drops 2 drops three times daily and have steam inhalation for 5 days and do valsalva manuer in between
