How To Cure Dime Size Rash Turned Into Bruise Under The Belly Button?

4 years ago I was doing PD dialysis to my father he was on isolation for the urine damn I got up dime size rash under the belly button on my stomach turn to a bruise now I have three of them what could this be for over 4 years it does not itch its just there like bruises
