How To Cure Dandruff And Itchiness In Scalp?

iam 23yrs height 183cms. weight 175lbs..i m having heavy dandruff and itching scal;p from many tears...n nw i have hairfall too along with dandruff..tell me cure dandruff and hairloss,n will i get back my hair which i already lost

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that itching of the scalp and dandruff shows that you are suffering from Seborrheic Dermatitis commonly known as Dandruff and common causes for it can be fungal infection, genes, change in weather, poor hygiene conditions, poor immunity etc..

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and microscopic examination of the flakes can help in diagnosis and treated accordingly..

-You can be advised to apply shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid, zinc, selenium, sulfides etc..

-You can also be advised to massage the scalp with steroid lotion..

-You should also keep the scalp clean and avoid moisture accumulation to prevent infection..

-Also start taking multivitamin and mineral supplements..
