How To Cure Cramps And Heartburn?

Hi! in my 5th day and I am still getting cramps when I eat also heartburn really bad. I feel like I havent gotten any better. Ive already been to the Dr. once and I have waited another 36 hours before eating. When will I start feeling better and when will the pain stop.
