How To Cure Constipation After Abdominal Hysterectomy When Stool Softeners Don T Work?

I have constipation a lot.But since my abdominal hysterectomy a month ago it s a lot worse.I don t want to strain to much but stool softeners don t seem to work.Please tell me what I can do? Also I m still bleeding some what do you think is happening with that?

- mobilize yourself as much early as possible
- regular exercises (permissible in lieu of operation type), walking
- bulk-forming preparations as ispaghula husk
- GI prokinetics as levosulpiride and probiotics as lactobacillus help greatly through your PCP prescription.
