How To Cure Constant Pain In Right Chest Under The Shoulder Blade?

I am a 30 year old female and I have had constant pain in my chest on the right side under my shoulder blade for 1 month. The pain is also in might right shoulder blade on my back. If I press on my chest it also hurts the spot in my back. What can this be?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having musculoskeletal pain in right shoulder.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of right shoulder joint.
If it is ligamental or muscular injury then you will need strapping and immobilization of shoulder joint.
If MRI is normal then no need to worry much just take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.
