How To Cure Cold, Fever And Loose Motion For A 15month Old?

Hi Dr, My son is 15 months old. He is facing loose motion since 2 days and he is also having fever and cold. Dr has suggested IMOL, Sinarest , Keflor and Rinifol. The medicines suggested are fine for my son? or Do i need to change any of these. Thanks a ton. Best regards,

The medicines suggested by your doctor are OK
Add yogurt or butter milk to his diet.
I usually do not prescribe kefler for viral infection like cold.
