How To Cure Breathing Problem,runny Nose And Cough?
hi.I am 61 kilos ,1.61 m and I have allergies,,mostly in dust and acid ph liquids.when i was young i used to have asthma but by the time i turned 15 it stopped..i am 22 now and lately every time i get sick i have problem breathing.right now i am sick with the flu i think..i have a runny nose,terrible cough and once again having trouble breathing..ive bought an inhaler(aerolin) but every 2 hours i feel like im suffocating again..how many times per days its ok to use it?im also a smoker..yet havent smoked since i got sick ,thats 2 days ago.
