I saw an ent doctor almost 2 years ago, he put a scope to look at my nasal cavity and told me I had a blockage but should be fine for the time being. Now when I try to blow my nose it just gets blocked and im starting to have trouble breathing! Is there anyway I can do something about it without consulting a Doctor?
hello, thanks for your query, nasal block could be due to deviated septum or turbinate hypertrophy or nasal polyp or foreign body( rhinolith) or any granulomatous diseases. kindly visit an ent surgeon for evaluation. nothing u can do from home except steam inhalation for simple sinusitis. all these require medical or some times surgical treatment. all the best. take care.
