can a person suffer from bedwetting due to the lifting of heavy weights over the years? I am 20 and I do not have any other health problems.Of the eight siblings I am the only one who never stops wetting bed. I sleep soundly and if I drink any fluid before going to bed then I may wet the bed. I find that after having sex, the following night I wet the bed. I dont seem to feel when it s happening. Sometimes it s after i ve emptied my bladder completely and start to feel cold then I wake up to the realization. Sometimes I even feel pain in my lower abdomen to the left. It s a really embarrassing experience.
