How To Cure Bad Sore Throat, Fever?

hi, and thank you i started with a really bad sore throat last night and aching all over today i can hardley move and i dont have a temp and i have pus bad in my throat im rally tire as if i worked hard today and i didnt move off the couch very dry cough can you help

hi and thanks for the query,
you can take pain killers like tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain after checking the dose.
do warm salt water gargling 3 times daily.
avoid cold foods and air conditioning.
drink plenty of warm fluids and if you do not feel better in 2 days then you may need a course of antibiotics so you have to see the doctor.
