Your symptoms sound either related to hemorrhoids or anal fissures. Both of which heal typically on their own with time. Increase water and fiber (vegetables and fruits) intake, do not become constipated, make sure stools are soft and formed. If the issue persists seek primary care doctor for numbing cream, botox injection (for fissure), or sphincterotomy.
