Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Acne and seborrheic dermatitis are often manifest together.

If I was your treating doctor I would have treated you with just topical antiacne medicines, like clindamycin gel or benzoyl peroxide gel. Clindamycin can be used for day time application and benzoyl peroxide for night time application. Benzoyl peroxide in addition to being a topical antibacterial is also a keratolytic and also prevents the development of bacterial resistance.

Oral treatment for acne should be avoided during pregnancy

Regarding dandruff, you could use a 2% ketoconazole shampoo twice or thrice weekly for a few weeks.
